12. We are Certified by The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification & Rug Institute (IICRC).
We are dedicated to continuing education in order to stay up to date with changes in our industry. We are also qualified as a certified firm of the IICRC. As of January 1, 2008, Shaw Industries (the largest carpet producer) will require use of only those firms certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification to service carpet covered by their warranties. Our technicians are certified by the IICRC in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Area Rug Cleaning, Carpet Repair and Installation. We attended Drieaz University and Chuck Dewald’s Vortex Drying School to earn certifications in Water Damage Restoration & Applied Structural Drying. Referral is also an approved service provider by the Carpet & Rug Institute. We use our knowledge gained by these certifications to service and maintain your carpets in a manner fitting to the warranty of your product as laid out by the IICRC and CRI and your product’s manufacturer.

Anything from Kool-Aid, Gum, Tar, Wax, Grease, Paint, Air Filtration Marks, Red Wine, and Pet Urine stains can be removed.
