What’s Up At Referral

Welcome Malana and Jason

We want to welcome Malana and Jason to the team at Referral! Malana will be our new office assistant. She has many years of administrative experience and a great personality. When you call Referral, you just might get Malana on the phone, so welcome her to the team! Jason will be our newest cleaning and restoration technician. He has several years of cleaning experience and is a very nice family man. If Jason is scheduled to clean your home or workplace, welcome him to the team and to the city of Fort Wayne!

Referral Anniversaries

In May, our cleaning and restoration technician, Jeremy, celebrated his two year anniversary with Referral. We are so happy to have Jeremy on our team. He is so friendly and great with our customers and we love his positive attitude. Jeremy is also a very hard worker – he loves a good stain removal challenge – and he one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. In his free time, he loves spending time with his girlfriend and his daughter. If Jeremy is scheduled to clean your home or workplace, wish him a happy anniversary!

Also in May, our equipment maintenance technician, Alex, celebrated his one year anniversary with Referral. He works very hard behind the scenes to keep all of our equipment running properly, he keeps our vans cleaned and stocked with supplies, and he keeps our garage organized. In his free time, Alex enjoys working out and spending time in his beloved Jeep.

Water Damage Recap

On May 10, Fort Wayne received 2.5 inches of rain in a few hours. This led to many flooded homes in the area. Our awesome team worked through the night to get many homeowners dried out and back to normal within a few days. Our goal is always to “get in and get out” with our extracting and drying equipment. Some restoration companies tend to needlessly remove trim and drywall after water damage occurs. This may be necessary in some very seriously damaged situations, but generally, Referral can extract the water and apply the principle of Hot, Dry Airflow to the damaged areas. It is our goal to remove moisture from your home to prevent mold and odor without turning your home into a construction site so your life can return to normal ASAP. In fact, during the month of May, one Fort Wayne homeowner discovered water in their basement on a Wednesday night. Referral arrived first thing in the morning on Thursday to extract the water and set up drying equipment and the entire basement was dry by early Friday evening. Our customer was so happy because their daughter’s wedding was on Saturday afternoon! Just remember, if you become the unfortunate victim of a water damage, Referral can get you back to clean, dry and healthy status very quickly! Before & After Pic of the Month

Sometimes it is hard to tell what color grout is actually supposed to be! The pits and grooves in tile can make it hard to tell what color the tile is supposed to be too! Testimonial of the Month

Referral Cleaning and Restoration is the BEST in Fort Wayne! We first used Referral many years ago when we had carpet we hoped to “save” with cleaning & stain removal. They did exactly that! More recently, over the past 4 years in our new house they have saved us when an appliance company caused a big flood in our home during the night, causing immediate water damage to the ceiling of our basement as well as much other damage.
