We can train anyone with a positive attitude and a good work ethic. It will take months to train them, but they will have a career for life with a company that has a reputation for doing great work. Greg’s Two Year Anniversary
Our Restoration Division Manager, Greg, celebrated his two year anniversary with Referral in February. We are so happy to have Greg at Referral. He brings several years of water damage restoration experience to our team. He is a natural leader with a positive attitude. He is also a huge fan of the Colts and Nascar and he loves to go fishing. Thank you for the past two years, Greg!
Brand New Uniforms
Referral’s uniforms have gone through a lot of changes over the years – from blue jumpsuits to red candy stripes to our red button-ups. Â We recently upgraded our uniforms again! Our new uniforms are a durable red Dri-Fit red polo with our logo on the top left. Our technicians love the way they fit, the way they breathe easy, and that their collars will never curl again!

Spring Cleaning Tips
The time for spring cleaning will be here soon! Here are a few tips to keep the inside and the outside of your home looking clean and fresh.
Indoor Cleaning Projects
- Wash windows and screens
- Vacuum dusty drapes and window treatments
- Wax wooden furniture
- Polish metal doors and window hardware
- Defrost the freezer, empty contents, wipe out the interior
- Dust coils at the bottom of the refrigerator using the crevice attachment of a vacuum
- Remove grime and grease buildup on kitchen exhaust fan
- Clean out the attic and basement, giving away or discarding unwanted items and clothing
- Dust your home thoroughly including hard to reach places such as tops of baseboards, doors, walls, ceiling fans, corners, light fixtures, window casings and computer hardware
- Always work from the top of a room down, vacuuming the dust that settles on the floor
- Take everything off of bookshelves and clean the items as you replace them
- Rotate your mattress over to distribute the wear evenly
- Clean or replace your pillows
- Wipe refrigerator clean
- Clean out and organize office files
