“I hired Referral Cleaning & Restoration to clean my new home prior to our moving in. I was referred to them by the previous owner and also the company I used to install carpet and flooring in my old home. The previous owners of our new home had cats and my son is very allergic to cat hair and dander and had a reaction when he visited the home. He marked each spot of pet urine he found throughout the home with a poker chip. He then used special cleaner for pet urine to clean and decontaminate those areas, and cleaned all the carpets. He even washed the walls by hand and disassembled the heat registers and cleaned them with the special cleaner. He worked diligently for 12 hours on my 2200 square foot home. He brought fans in and placed them in each room to speed the drying process, as I had scheduled my move for the next day. He did absolutely everything possible to accommodate my needs. My home looks and smells amazing. My son has had ZERO allergic symptoms. I feel good about the safety of my kids as they lay on the freshly cleaned carpet and I feel good about the cleanliness of my new home. Do not think twice! Water Damage Restoration Training

In February, our general manager, Alan, and our technician, Walter, spent two days in Atlanta, Georgia sharpening their Water Damage Restoration skills, specifically in the areas of estimating and documenting. They learned from one of the leaders and innovators in the Restoration Industry. This knowledge will make the lives of our customers, their insurance agents and adjusters simpler in the event of a water damage emergency! During the month of February, a few of our team members spent many hours watching Water Damage Restoration Training videos, learning more about the science behind drying, psychrometry, the law of evaporation, categories of loss, and so much more! Our technicians, Walter and Kory, and our director of marketing, Audrey, all passed the final exam of over 150 questions. With our constant training, our team is always prepared for any water damage emergency!
