Referral’s lead technician, Kory, attended a daylong customer service seminar in Chicago in April. He was able to sharpen his skills in the areas of creating customer cheerleaders, avoiding negative customer experiences, and creating positive moments of truth for our customers, among many other topics. We want only the best for our customers and this knowledge will help Referral’s technicians to continue impressing our customers!

Alan & Audrey Visit Europe

In April, Alan and Audrey traveled to Paris, France, then Salzburg, Austria, then Munich, Germany, and Bern, Switzerland for two weeks to celebrate their third wedding anniversary. As a bonus, they were able to visit some family and friends that currently live overseas. They had a blast and made many memories!
