How Much Does It Cost For Referral To Clean My Carpet?

The cost for Referral to clean carpet is based on the size of the room, how much preparation you would like us to do and how much furniture you would like us to move.

First measure the size of your rooms.

Using a tape measure, measure the length and width of each area you want cleaned.   Multiply the two numbers together to get the total square footage.  Example.  My living room is 12 feet x 20 feet = 240 square feet.  For help with areas that are not a square or rectangle follow this link  http://www.wikihow.com/Measure-Square-Footage

Don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be exact.  But if your measurements are correct it will allow us to give you an accurate estimate over the phone.  When we arrive to clean we will measure your rooms exactly to the nearest half foot to find the total square footage.  While we are there cleaning if you are interested in having other areas cleaned in the future we can measure them while we are there and keep them on file.

Regular Rate – .79 cents a square foot for first 200 square feet; .69 per square foot for 201 square foot and beyond.  $4.95 per step for stairs

    1.  We will measure the entire room wall to wall and clean around furniture that is not practical to move such as TV’s, Entertainment Centers, Piano’s, China Cabinets, Book Cases, Pool/Game Tables, Aquariums, Desks, File Cabinets, Grandfather Clocks and appliances.
    2. We will move large furniture such as a sofa or dining room table within the room while cleaning and place protective pieces under the legs.
    3. Customer is to empty any medium sized furniture such as end tables, coffee tables, recliners etc from the area being cleaned.
    4. Customer is to empty any small furniture such as plants, chair mats, rugs not being cleaned, dining room chairs from the area being cleaned.
    5. Customer is to remove breakables such as glass dishes, photo frames, candles, plants, vases, decorations, lamps, etc from the inside or tops of furniture being moved.
    6. Customer is to thoroughly prevacuum prior to our arrival.  (We charge .10 cents a square foot to prevacuum)
*Closets, Bathrooms and Hallways do not qualify for the empty package rate because of the extra edge and detail work involved.
*Specialty spotting or odor removal is additional.
*Scotchgard Protector applied for an additional .20 a square foot.
