1. We shovel the snow off your walks to the entry
2. We use a doormat outside to wipe our shoes
3. Our door drape and door stop will seal the opening to your front door to keep cold air outside
4. If you have an attached garage, we lower the door down to our hose to keep the cold air outside

An accidental spill of cranberry juice caused a large spot on these beautiful sofa cushions. It took some hard work and extra time, but the cranberry juice spot was removed by Referral’s technicians. Our customer was thrilled!

What’s Up At Referral?

When Alan Falls, He Falls Hard!

Our general manager, Alan, went snowboarding in Michigan at the end of December. Unfortunately, a large tree branch hidden under the fresh snow decided to do the tango with him. As a result, he broke the top of his tibia and had to have surgery, which involved having two screws placed in his knee. He has been on crutches since the accident and will have another month or so of putting no weight on his left leg. But that hasn’t stopped him from helping our wonderful customers! Thanks to the Referral team for helping him out during his injury!
