Welcome Walter
We want to welcome our cleaning and restoration technician, Walter, to the Referral team! He has worked part-time for Referral the last few years, but we are thrilled to finally bring him on board as a full-time technician. You will be impressed with Walter’s friendly and kind personality, his intelligence, and his strong work ethic. He lives up to the Referral motto of, “Do it right the first time.” Welcome to the team, Walter!
Happy Anniversary, Joseph!
Last month, Joseph celebrated his three-year anniversary with Referral. He is Referral’s IT professional and website builder. His expertise in boosting our online presence has been priceless. Thank you for all that you do, Joseph – you are THE MASTER!
Xactimate Training
Last month, our general manager, Alan, our office manager, Angela, and our technician, Walter, attended a three-day seminar in Indianapolis to sharpen their Xactimate skills. Xactimate is an estimating software for insurance claims that Referral uses during the water damage restoration process. Our team learned new tips to help make our customers, insurance agents, and insurance adjusters lives easier during the claims process!

It’s that time of year… Time to clean your patio furniture cushions BEFORE you put them back into storage for the winter! They can be covered with dirt, mildew, dead skin and oils, sunscreen, food and drink spills, etc! Check out these patio cushions that Referral recently cleaned for a customer.

You can drop your cushions off at our office for a cleaning or mold/mildew removal anytime Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. We are located at 2901 Parnell Avenue.
