Referral Invests In More Xactimate Training
In September 2016, Referral’s general manager, Alan, office manager, Angela, and technician, Walter, attended a three-day Xactimate training course in Indianapolis, IN.
You might be wondering, “What in the world is Xactimate?” Well, Xactimate is a software estimating program used by insurance adjusters, insurance agents, and restoration companies during claims processes. It is a very extensive, in-depth program that takes many hours of practice to develop a strong grasp of its inner workings (Think: Adobe PhotoShop for graphic designers – intense!). The three-day course helped to hone the skills we already had in using Xactimate and helped us develop new, intensive skills that we are already putting to work!
